What You’ll Do You’ll coordinate the patient experience from arrival to departure: Front Desk & Patient Experience • Welcome and check in patients • Answer phones and assist with questions • Schedule and confirm appointments • Educate patients on services and next steps Insurance & Administration • Verify insurance eligibility • Update patient demographics • Collect copays and process payments • Document visits in EMR Clinic Coordination • Work closely with medical assistants and providers • Help keep clinic flow organized and on time • Prepare patients for visits when needed You are the hub of the clinic, communication, organization, and kindness are key.
