At Georgian Dental Orillia, we believe exceptional patient care begins the moment someone calls or walks through our doors.
We're looking for a compassionate, organized Patient Care Coordinator who enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming experience for every patient.
Schedule
Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Tuesday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Wednesday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
What You'll Do
Welcome and support patients with professionalism and empathy.
Schedule appointments and coordinate the daily patient flow.
Explain treatment, insurance, and financial information.
Verify insurance benefits and process claims.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Work closely with the clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care.
What We're Looking For
Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination (dental experience is a strong asset).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Professional, dependable, and committed to confidentiality.
