As a Patient Accounts Representative, you’ll be a key player in supporting our mission to deliver seamless, patient-centered care. Your Role: As a Patient Accounts Representative, you’ll manage critical billing and reimbursement functions, serving as a vital link between patients, providers, and payers. Review and process claims for accuracy and completeness before submission Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on unpaid claims, and resolve denials Communicate with patients regarding their accounts, balances, and insurance benefits Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate documentation and billing compliance Maintain patient account records with integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
