The post provides an exciting and challenging opportunity for a pro-active and innovative person to play a major role in the day to day development of Pathway 4 provision in Coleg Sir Gar through supporting and development of interns to meet the needs of our local employers. All activities linked to this role will involve extensive collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders. The nature of the services involved are likely to change over time reflecting the diverse needs of learners and new opportunities as they arise. The post holder will be required to work with the wider ILS team and will be a key player in the development and implementation of Pathway 4 provision at Coleg Sir Gar. The post will be based at the Ammanford Campus, but will involve travel to work alongside interns in their daily work.
