Pastoral Care Leader – Make a Real Difference At Baygold, we grow and manage premium kiwifruit orchards, and we love what we do. Baygold is looking for two exceptional Pastoral Care Leaders to lead and grow our pastoral care programme, supporting our Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) workers throughout their journey in New Zealand.   This role will be made up of two-part timers completing 30 hours per week on 4 days on, 4 days off roster. About the Role This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to create a positive impact by ensuring our workers feel safe, supported, connected and valued. From welcoming workers on arrival, coordinating wellbeing initiatives, and building strong community connections, to ensuring we exceed Immigration NZ pastoral care standards, you'll play a vital role in shaping an outstanding worker experience.   We're looking for someone who has: • Experience working with Pacific cultures (Vanuatu, Fiji and PNG experience is highly valued) • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills • A caring, organised and proactive approach • Strong planning and coordination abilities • A full NZ driver's licence and flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends • Bislama language skills (or a willingness to learn) would be an advantage At Baygold, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
