Pastor/Church Leader Impact Zone Leader Job Description This is a .20 position (8 hours/week) The Pastor/Church Leader Impact Zone Leader must have experience as a Pastor/Church Leader in Europe. Duties would include: • Identifying and connecting with the GEM missionaries working within their zone • Being familiar with where these missionaries are working, what their ministries look like, and with whom they are partnering • Maintaining a roster with this information • Staying informed about trends, training opportunities, and developments in Europe that concern their zone • Gathering and developing systems for sharing resources that can educate, inform, and equip missionaries who are working in their zone as well as help them to evaluate their efforts • Being a resource/support for missionaries working in their zone • Being a recognized, in-house reference/expert for GEM leadership on their zone • Meeting 1x/year in person with the other Impact Zone Leaders and the president of GEM, plus monthly virtually with the Impact Director and other Impact Zone Leaders • Completing a monthly activity report and submitting it to the Impact Zone Director To apply please contact Jenn Williamson at [email protected] by Nov. 30, 2023
