Discover more at: https://www.youtube.com/@MaddoxTransformer https://www.maddox.com/ About Maddox + You: As a Parts Specialist, you will be working in a shop environment where your attention to detail and love for routine tasks will be deployed to ensure stocking levels are maintained. Reactively, you will respond to the Kanban stocking system, work orders, shop requests, and tasks from other areas on a regular basis.  Proactively, you will be engaging vendors in order to establish best pricing and service. In order to ensure the Kanban system is maintained, you would be responsible for placing orders with purchasing, receiving products, pulling parts for production orders, and organizing stock. More About You: You are focused and able to maintain good attention to detail. You love routine tasks. (Checklists are what makes you tick.) You’re comfortable with online documentation and web-based software systems. (with computer & smartphone) You’re an excellent communicator; in-person, over the phone, and via email. You’re a quick learner; not a know-it-all. Basics: This position works 40-45 hours per week on a 5-day a week schedule. All day-time schedule (not night shift). The schedule is generally 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Some additional paid overtime is available during peak times. Employees are required to meet basic physical requirements for a heavy-equipment environment with 90% of the time on your feet. Compensation & Benefits Pay range = (wages + bonus) Comprehensive full-time benefits package averaging $20,000+ per year (amount varies based on age, family size, and eligibility), including: Health & wellness benefits (insurance or cash-in-lieu options) Paid maternity and paternity leave 401(k) with 100% match up to 8% of wages Paid holidays, PTO, and family-life gifts Vision, dental, disability, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits Annual Range $56,000 — $73,000 USD
