What we offer: • exciting projects and a place for technical freedom and innovation to get things moving • attractive benefits packages e.g. competitive remuneration, social benefits, 30 days annual holiday, car leasing, free on-site gym • a challenging, fulfilling workplace in a multi-national company within a familiar atmosphere - driven by fascination and passion Your tasks: • coordinate the availability, distribution and sales of motorsport spare parts for customer racing programmes • act as the central interface between customers, engineering, production, purchasing and logistics departments • monitor spare parts inventory levels and forecast future requirements to ensure uninterrupted supply • manage parts orders, deliveries and returns in accordance with company processes and customer expectations • maintain and continuously improve parts data within the Customer Motorsport platform (CMS) • coordinate parts preparation and shipment for race events, test sessions and customer activities worldwide • manage customer complaints and parts-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions across the motorsport supply chain • prepare reports and documentation related to parts availability, logistics performance and customer support activities • contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality optimization, cost reduction and customer satisfaction • support customer enquiries regarding parts availability, pricing and lead times The successful candidate will have: • a bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, automotive engineering or a comparable qualification • experience in motorsport, automotive aftermarket, spare parts management or sales • strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • experience working with ERP (e.g. SAP, Teamcenter,…), inventory management or customer management systems • excellent communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders • good analytical skills and confidence in handling complex data sets and reports • high attention to detail and a structured, solution-oriented working style • strong customer-service mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding support • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel • fluent English skills; German language skills would be advantageous • flexibility, initiative and enthusiasm for working in an international motorsport environment
