Role Overview The Parts Project Manager I is responsible for managing and coordinating projects through planning, engineering, procurement, commissioning, validation, and contract close-out. This role serves as the primary customer contact for assigned projects and ensures successful execution aligned with safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.   Key Responsibilities Communicate project status, health, and progress with stakeholders and leadership. Identify risks, issues, and opportunities and support mitigation strategies. Capture lessons learned and provide project summary briefings. Lead execution of project phases using established project management methodologies. Develop integrated project schedules including critical path and resource planning. Ensure project teams execute deliverables according to plan and support recovery planning. Monitor project execution including schedules, deliverables, and financial performance. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage internal and external dependencies. Facilitate project meetings and track action items through completion. Provide performance feedback and support team development. Support training initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure successful project turnover. Ensure systems of record are accurate and properly maintained. Support compliance with export control requirements. Travel up to 15% as required. Requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field. Minimum 4 years of experience managing complex projects. PMP certification preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficiency with project management and Microsoft Office tools. Benefits Why Should You Apply?
