  Parts Delivery/Warehouse Specialist Elko, Nevada, United States Parts Delivery/Warehouse Specialist Location: Elko, NV Company: Kimball Equipment Company Kimball Equipment Company, a leader in the aggregate mining and supply industry since 1946, is actively recruiting for the position of delivery driver and warehouse specialist in our Elko location. Kimball Equipment Company is a successful dealer for brands such as Terex Cedarapids, Terex Finlay, and Superior Industries. We are growing quickly and are looking for someone motivated to grow with us! POSITION OVERVIEW: The Parts & Delivery Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Kimball Equipment Company's Elko parts location. This position manages inventory, receives and stocks parts, fulfills customer orders, performs deliveries, and works closely with the Outside Sales Representative to support customers throughout the region. This is a highly independent role requiring a self-motivated individual who can prioritize work, solve problems, and take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting customers, and helping grow presence in the territory. J OB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Load and unload trailers and company delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory. Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts. Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders. Perform deliveries to customer locations and jobsites. Pick up parts and materials from vendors and will-call locations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Operate forklifts, trucks, and trailers safely. Assist customers and support the Outside Sales Representative with local parts and service needs. Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs Take ownership of day-to-day warehouse and delivery operations with limited supervision. QUALFICATIONS: Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping/receiving and inventory flow. Ability to handle physical workload Operation of proper tools including a forklift Familiarity with picking/packing methods and basic computer use. Current Driver’s License Clean driving record Ability to multitask and prioritize 21+ years old COMPENSATION: Pay based on experience $25-30/hour Full benefits include 401K, PTO, health, vision, dental, and life insurance.
