Are you a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong automotive or fleet experience, ready to take on a high-impact role within a successful main dealer? Our client — a well-established dealership in Heathrow— is looking for a confident Automotive Business Development Manager to drive new business, nurture existing relationships and grow key profit centres. Whether you come from a Business Development, Fleet Sales, Corporate Sales or Automotive Sales background, this role offers variety, autonomy and genuine earning potential.
Salary: £38,000 Unccapped Bonus
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly)
• Managing inbound enquiries via email and telephone, handling follow-ups professionally
• Identifying, targeting and developing new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Generating leads, booking appointments and closing sales opportunities
• Maximising revenue across additional profit centres including finance and insurance
• Working towards and exceeding monthly sales and performance targets
• Completing all sales administration and transaction paperwork accurately
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within automotive or fleet sales
• Minimum 3 years’ fleet or corporate sales experience with a dealer group or manufacturer
• Strong sales background with a consistent track record of hitting targets
• Highly motivated, self-driven and hungry to succeed
• Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• Confident both on the phone and face-to-face
• Full UK driving licence
