What You’ll Do As a parts advisor you will be responsible for: Sourcing and allocating part:  as a parts advisor you will source and allocate part in our location in Warsaw as well as support our technicians and mobile technicians Quality Checks:  You will receive and check quality of the relevant parts and ensure all paperwork is accurate Point of contact: You will communicate any updates to technicians and Service Centers when required Monitoring inventory: You will assist in monitoring inventory within the parts system, rearranging any appointments where the parts will not be available on time if required Reviewing processes:  You will process returned warranty parts for review Ensuring Health and Safety regulations: You will ensure all health and safety regulations and procedures are adhered to, for both employees and customers What You’ll Bring You have the relevant technical background: A background of working within warehousing, logistics or automotive industries Team oriented: You are able to thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals Curiosity: Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies to further develop in role You bring  strong communications skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers Multitasking: Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines and solve problems MS Office Knowledge: Basic knowledge of MS Office Driving license: Must have had a valid driver’s license and maintain a valid and safe driving record Tesla is an Equal Opportunity employer.
