Requirements Partnerships & Business Development Executive – Australia We are seeking a high-growth Partnerships & Business Development Executive – Australia who is inspired by our mission and ready to aggressively own our core strategic acquisition outcomes over the next 6–12 months. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the AU Country Manager/Co-founder and serve as the driving force behind our outbound market expansion. Mission Accelerate Sleek’s market share in Australia by hunting, negotiating, and closing high-impact strategic partnerships. In this pure-play outbound acquisition role, you will focus relentlessly on the top of the funnel—identifying, pitching, and securing new high-performing alliances and distribution channels that yield immediate, scalable customer acquisition. Key Outcomes Pipeline Generation & Hunting: Build, manage, and aggressively convert a high-velocity pipeline of prospective partners across Fintech, eCommerce, and tech ecosystems to drive net-new customer acquisition. Acquisition & Deal Closing: Source and sign strategic partners capable of delivering a minimum of 15 new customers/month within the first 3 months, scaling rapidly to 60+ new customers/month by month 12. Commercial Negotiation: Structure, negotiate, and execute commercially viable partnership agreements that maximize Sleek’s revenue contribution and market penetration. Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to quickly activate newly signed partners, ensuring immediate velocity, performance tracking, and ROI on new alliances. Role Requirements 3+ years of hunter-profile experience in SMB business development, corporate sales, or outbound partnerships within a fast-paced Fintech, SaaS, or tech startup environment. Proven track record of quota carrying or consistently hitting aggressive targets for net-new partner acquisition and revenue generation. Deep acquisition-based experience unlocking SMB or mid-market customer segments through channels, alliances, and indirect distribution models. An active, established rolodex of contacts across Australia’s SME hubs, accelerators, local Fintech circles, and eCommerce networks to leverage on Day 1.
