Manchester, UK Starting salary for this position is £41,628 per annum (plus contributory pension) About MAG: MAG (Mines Advisory Group) is an international humanitarian organisation based in Manchester, UK, and working in 32 countries. We remove landmines and unexploded ordnance to release safe and productive land for communities, and work to reduce the threat of armed violence by supporting governments to safely manage weapons and ammunition. In 1997, MAG was a co-recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize for our work campaigning for the Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention. Build partnerships that expand humanitarian impact: MAG is seeking a Partnerships Development Advisor to help grow our reach, influence and funding through innovative partnerships that connect Humanitarian Mine Action and Armed Violence Reduction with wider humanitarian, development and peacebuilding efforts. You will work with our country programme teams to identify and develop strategic collaborations with organisations whose expertise complements MAG's work, creating new opportunities for impact and sustainable growth. You will support teams across the organisation to scope opportunities, engage potential partners, design joint interventions and develop high-quality collaborative proposals.   Working closely with the Contracts Director and Partner Delivery & Assurance Advisor, you will help shape MAG's strategic approach to partnership development and ensure opportunities are translated into effective and impactful programmes. Success in this role will be measured through the growth of high-value partnerships, increased joint programming and proposal development, access to new funding opportunities and stronger engagement beyond the Humanitarian Mine Action and Armed Violence Reduction sectors.
