Focus of the role: This is a core role in BCN’s growth strategy, focused on turning Microsoft and strategic alliance relationships into measurable pipeline and new business opportunities. You’ll support BCN’s Microsoft alliance and wider partner strategy through high-impact campaign execution, working closely with the Head of Marketing, Microsoft Alliance team, Sales, Microsoft and key partner stakeholders to activate joint go-to-market activity. The focus of the role is dedicated partner-led growth: delivering campaigns, events, content and follow-up activity that convert Microsoft co-sell, referrals, funded activity and strategic alliance opportunities into qualified pipeline. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who can organise multiple campaigns at once, keep partner and sales stakeholders aligned, and ensure activity is delivered at pace with clear commercial outcomes. Responsibilities: Support the delivery of BCN’s Microsoft and strategic alliance marketing strategy through focused campaign execution. Plan and deliver joint campaigns with Microsoft and key strategic partners, including webinars, events, roundtables, co-branded content and digital activity. Translate Microsoft, partner and BCN propositions into clear messaging, campaign plans and sales enablement assets. Act as the day-to-day marketing contact for Microsoft and strategic partner marketing stakeholders. Support co-sell activity by identifying campaign opportunities linked to Microsoft sellers, live opportunities, referrals and partner priorities. Manage allocated MDF and co-marketing budgets, ensuring activity is aligned to pipeline growth and delivers measurable ROI. Work closely with Sales and SDR teams to align campaigns to priority opportunities, improve lead follow-up and increase conversion to qualified pipeline. Ensure all partner-led activity aligns to joint propositions, go-to-market priorities and BCN’s commercial growth objectives. Track and report on Microsoft and partner-influenced pipeline, campaign performance, engagement, leads, conversion and contribution to revenue. Use campaign insight and performance data to optimise partner activity, co-sell opportunities, referrals and follow-up.
