Vintage MC, downtown Frederick’s vintage mid-century modern furniture & home décor shop, is looking for friendly, motivated Sales Associates to join our team! About the Role: Help customers discover unique vintage finds, assist with day-to-day store operations, and be part of a growing small business — with plenty of room to grow into more responsibility over time for the right candidate. What You’ll Do: – Provide warm, knowledgeable customer service on the sales floor – Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and restocking – Support daily store operations and help keep things running smoothly – Learn the ins and outs of the vintage furniture business What We’re Looking For: – Sales experience preferred but we are willing to train the right person – Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player – Must be available weekends – Experience with inventory management a plus – Experience with store design and visual merchandising a plus Part-Time: 15-30 hours/week.
