What you’ll be doing: • You’ll be joining a small team of between 4 – 6 members of staff • You’ll be committed to delivering a great customer experience • You'll be working up to 9 hours per week • Any extra time worked beyond your contracted hours is paid or can be taken as time off in lieu • You’ll be explaining technical equipment in an understandable manner • You’ll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers • You’ll ensure that you exceed our customers’ expectations and reassure them when they're bewildered by choice • You’ll be working hard as part of the team in achieving challenging sales targets What you’ll need - skills and experience: • You’ll have previous experience in selling technical products to customers • You’ll have experience in a retail customer service orientated environment • You’ll have previous experience in dealing with customers • You’ll have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product range • You’ll possess strong accuracy and numeracy skills • You’ll possess basic computer literacy • You’ll be self motivated and have a can-do attitude
