Legal Secretary (Part-Time) Location: Dublin City Centre, Ireland Job Type: Part-time (2-3 days per week) Our client, a well-established and highly regarded general practice law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team. This part-time role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work within a friendly and supportive environment. Day-to-Day of the Role: Audio and copy typing of legal documentation and correspondence. Manage diary, scheduling appointments and meetings for solicitors. Handle client communications effectively via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Prepare legal documents and court-related paperwork with accuracy. Efficient file management including opening and closing files as required. Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure information is accessible and up-to-date. Provide general administrative and secretarial support to solicitors, ensuring smooth operations within the firm. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a general practice law firm. Strong typing skills and proficiency in audio and copy typing. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using legal document management and office software. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
