The Vacancy Job Description Qualifications: • Minimum of ten (10) years experience as Subject Matter Expert or Instructor Lead Training in electrical utility or industry in one of below categories: • Electrical Safety • Substation Maintenance • Circuit Breaker Maintenance • Relays (Mechanical and Microprocessor) • Medium Voltage Cable Splicing & Fault Locating • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power Point, Word) Requirements: The AVO Training Institute Instructor shall have the following attributes: • Self-motivated • Independent • Computer literate • Problem solver • Cooperative attitude • Use Good judgement • Creative • Structured • Professional • Personable • Dependable • Safety oriented Duties: • Course presentations utilizing lecture and hands-on laboratory instruction • Developing course curriculum as the Subject Matter Expert • Utilize technical knowledge to enhance power equipment and lab setup • Providing customer support • Travel - 50% to 75% • Other duties as assigned by management
