Qualifications: • Financial Expertise: Proven experience (X+ years) in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the MedTech or healthcare sector. • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of business plans and financial strategies. • Investor Relations: Track record of successful engagement with investors, venture capitalists, and other funding sources. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. • Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
