This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial trajectory of a high-potential startup while maintaining a flexible work arrangement. Responsibilities: • Financial Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that support the company's growth, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives. • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to provide accurate insights into the company's financial performance and inform strategic decisions. • Investor Relations: Engage with potential investors, providing them with clear and comprehensive financial information to secure funding for the company's expansion and development efforts. • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, optimizing working capital and ensuring the availability of funds for operational needs. • Financial Reporting: Produce timely and accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders. • Team Leadership: Oversee the finance team and provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to ensure the team's continuous development and effective collaboration. • Financial Operations: Streamline financial processes, implement effective controls, and leverage financial systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: • Financial Expertise: Proven experience (X+ years) in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the MedTech or healthcare sector. • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of business plans and financial strategies. • Investor Relations: Track record of successful engagement with investors, venture capitalists, and other funding sources. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. • Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
