The Department of Engineering of the University of Nicosia invites applications for one part‑time faculty positions in Engineering Health and Safety, with a specialty in one or more of the following fields: Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Oil and Gas Engineering. The position is for the Fall 2026 semester and may be renewed upon satisfactory performance. Qualifications Candidates should have a postgraduate degree in Engineering and, preferably, experience in Health and Safety positions in the industry. The candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching. Since the language of instruction is English, the candidate must be fluent in English. The candidate should also provide evidence of autonomy in developing and organizing the material to support students’ learning. Job description Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses with or without laboratory sessions. Some administrative work might be required.
