JOB PURPOSE
The Part-Time Event Brand Ambassador represents Renewal by Andersen at local events, trade shows, home shows, and community activations. This role is responsible for engaging homeowners, educating them on Renewal by Andersen products and services, and setting qualified appointments using the proven Renewal by Andersen / Dunn Group methodology.
Event Brand Ambassadors are the frontline of the brand and play a key role in creating a positive first impression while consistently meeting appointment-setting and performance expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Engagement & Lead Generation
Represent Renewal by Andersen at assigned events including home shows, fairs, festivals, retail partnerships, and community events
Engage homeowners in friendly, professional, and confident conversations
Educate homeowners on products, promotions, and the in-home consultation process
Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations with Design Consultants
Follow approved scripts, talking points, and qualification standards
On-Site Execution
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and booth presentation as needed
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming event space
Work assigned shifts reliably and on time
Support the Event Coordinator and team during live events
Performance & Compliance
Accurately capture homeowner information and appointment details
Enter leads into designated systems in a timely and accurate manner
Adhere to data privacy, compliance, and brand standards
Participate in required training, coaching, and performance reviews
Brand Representation & Customer Experience
Deliver a positive, respectful homeowner experience at every interaction
Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with professionalism and integrity
Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout events
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable initiating conversations with the public
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules
Reliable transportation to event locations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in events, promotions, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
Sales, appointment-setting, or brand ambassador experience
Familiarity with tablets or mobile lead-entry systems
