A wonderful opportunity for an experienced Part time Housekeeper to join a lovely family in Clapham, London (SW4). This is a long term position with a warm and welcoming family whose current Housekeeper has been with them for six years and is only leaving due to relocating abroad. Job Summary: A friendly family based in Clapham are looking for an experienced Part time Housekeeper to help maintain their home to a high standard. Their children are now teenagers and attend boarding school, so the role is focused entirely on housekeeping and supporting the smooth running of the household. The position is for three days per week, approximately five hours per day. The family are flexible on which days are worked, provided they are spread across the week. Ideally, one of the working days would be a Saturday, although there is some flexibility for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be responsible for all general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, ironing and keeping the home organised. There will also be occasional meal preparation when required, although the parents enjoy cooking themselves. The family also have a dog (small to medium size), so a pet friendly candidate who is happy to assist with dog walking is essential. The family are looking for someone who is kind, reliable and proactive, and who will become a valued long-term member of their household.
