Do you feel… • Experienced hiring top-tier passive, sourced candidates for positions at Director-level and above • Motivated to support Human Resources to develop and maintain a pipeline of diverse, high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs • Prepared to partner with key stakeholders to determine current and future staffing needs to assess and execute on Travelzoo’s people strategy • Highly analytical and able to maintain recruitment operations in order to foster an efficient, organized recruitment process, and to provide recruitment insights, trends, and recommendations • Willing to provide consulting advice to senior leaders regarding leadership pipeline and succession planning • Excited to provide a respectful, empathetic, and smooth candidate experience throughout every step of the recruitment lifecycle You are ideally… • Possessing 10+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Director, or similar within a global digital media and/or membership organization environment; preferably with some previous experience in an agency environment • Demonstrating success hiring the highest quality passive talent, while deeply understanding what motivates candidates – LinkedIn recruiter experience is required • Experienced in hiring talent for extremely specialized niche positions with specific, non-negotiable skill sets at high levels; experience with Finance, Marketing and Editorial positions preferred • Able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of Travelzoo, fostering trust and collaboration • Entrepreneurial, possessing a self-starter mindset; highly motivated to get the job done while never sacrificing quality • Adept at handling competing priorities and responsibilities with proven experience in talent management and succession planning • Adaptable to working globally with the ability to exercise sound judgment and engage in high-impact decision-making • In possession of a bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field • Familiar with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) • An excellent, clear, and concise verbal and written communicator; fluency in additional languages is a plus • Available to come to Travelzoo’s midtown NYC office for in-person collaboration and candidate interviews Compensation range: $75-$200 per hour
