We push boundaries, speak up, and stay human, fostering a culture where imagination thrives.   Your Role in our Mission We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our Australian business on a permanent part-time capacity (3 days per week), bringing strategic legal insight and commercial acumen to our fast-paced, high-impact environment.   In your role, you will be the go-to for all matters related to management, negotiation and processes of commercial contracts, ensuring privacy compliance across Australian data protection laws, and an integral legal and business team member to ensure governance, risk and control measures are developed and managed.  You’ll play a key role in safeguarding our business, enabling our revenue teams, and driving process improvement. In line with Edenred legal and compliance policies, and local Australian legislative and regulatory requirements, key risk matters to be informed to Head of Legal and Managing Director Australia.  Flexible, Hybrid Working:  Our office is for you to use as much as you like; as a minimum our we work from our Sydney office at least 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
