No problem.  We provide comprehensive training and all the lesson plans you'll need to succeed. About Soccer Stars For more than 24 years, Soccer Stars has been introducing children to the joy of soccer through age-appropriate, non-competitive programs. As the largest youth soccer program in the United States, our mission is simple: Help children develop confidence, coordination, social skills, and a lifelong love of being active—all while having fun. Our classes serve children as young as  12 months through elementary school , using games, imagination, music, and movement to make every lesson exciting. What You'll Do You'll travel to preschools, childcare centers, and early learning programs throughout El Paso to teach fun soccer classes during the school day. Every class is designed to introduce children to soccer while helping them develop important life skills. Responsibilities Lead engaging soccer classes for children ages  12 months–6 years Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment Use songs, imaginative games, and movement to keep children engaged Celebrate effort and individual progress Ensure every class is safe, organized, and fun Arrive prepared and on time to each location Communicate professionally with school staff and teachers Participate in training and continue developing your coaching skills We're Looking For Someone Who Is ✔ Energetic and enthusiastic ✔ Patient and encouraging ✔ Comfortable being silly and playful ✔ Dependable and punctual ✔ Confident leading groups of young children ✔ Passionate about helping children learn through play People with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply: Early Childhood Education Preschool or Daycare Teaching Recreation Summer Camps Children's Fitness Coaching Child Development Performing Arts Pediatrics Occupational or Physical Therapy (students welcome)
