POWERING BETTER PATIENT OUTCOMES TRANSFORMING HEALTHCARE THROUGH VALUE-BASED CARE TECHNOLOGY Stellar Health is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its growing legal team and help advance the company’s mission to improve healthcare quality and efficiency. As the second member of the legal department, this role offers the opportunity to shape legal operations and support a dynamic, value-based care technology platform. Reporting directly to the lead attorney, the Paralegal will play a key role in commercial contracting, legal operations, and corporate governance. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements—such as health plan service agreements, provider network contracts, and data use agreements—while identifying key issues and supporting negotiations. The role also manages contract lifecycle processes, maintains corporate records, and partners cross-functionally with teams across the business, including compliance, growth, and external counsel. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of paralegal experience with a strong background in healthcare contracts, a thorough understanding of HIPAA, and familiarity with AKS, Stark Law, and healthcare data privacy requirements. Experience with contract management systems and a track record of process improvement are highly valued.
