Do you have experience supporting property transactions, legal administration, or conveyancing matters? Are you highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail? Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your legal career within a collaborative, commercially focused in-house legal team? We are looking for a Paralegal (Property) to join our in-house legal team. Reporting to the In-House Counsel (Property) , you will provide high-quality legal and administrative support across a broad range of residential, commercial and new homes property matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a practical understanding of property law who is keen to develop their experience in a supportive environment while contributing to projects that have a meaningful impact on communities and housing delivery. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal looking to develop their property law expertise within a purpose-driven organisation that helps deliver affordable homes and thriving communities. Location: Norwich Hours: Full Time - 37 hpw - Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent What You'll Be Doing As a Paralegal, you will support the progression of a wide variety of property transactions and legal matters, including: freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals shared ownership leases and staircasing transactions commercial leases and ancillary property documentation legal due diligence and title investigations drafting property-related documents under appropriate supervision managing legal records and maintaining case management systems supporting colleagues across the organisation with legal enquiries assisting with large-scale legal projects, including charging and securitisation programmes that help secure funding for new and existing homes working with Legal Operations to improve processes, governance and efficiency across the legal function What You'll Bring We're interested in hearing from candidates who have: A-Level education (or equivalent), or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role a practical understanding of property law and property transactions experience drafting legal documents and carrying out due diligence activities strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities excellent communication skills with the ability to explain legal issues clearly a proactive and collaborative approach to work strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work proficiency in Microsoft Office applications a desire to learn and develop within an in-house legal environment For full details on the role and its responsibilities, click here to view the Paralegal - The Part I Play document.
