You will be supported in your progression with the opportunity to build your own caseload and develop technical skills in a high-quality practice. Benefits: • Salary up to £32,000 per annum DOE • 29 days holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays and the day after Boxing Day) • Location: Cannock • Hours of work: 09:00am to 17:00pm (1 hour lunch break) • Hybrid working: 3 Days in the office, 2 Days from home • Pension auto enrolment scheme • Bonus scheme • Free onsite parking Role & Responsibilities: • Attending client meetings with senior fee earners and drafting comprehensive attendance notes • Liaising with clients to arrange appointments and provide case updates • Supporting the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney • Assisting with the drafting and submission of Probate Applications • Aiding in the administration of estates and progression of client matters • Drafting client correspondence in relation to Wills, LPAs, and probate matters Required Skills & Experience: • A law degree or prior experience in a legal environment is desirable, but not essential • Strong organisational and time management abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development • High attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative • Comfortable working under direct supervision and as part of a team Apply now!
