Position Summary: CSN Formula is currently hiring a skilled and meticulous Auto Body Painter to become a valued member of our team. The primary duties of the Auto Body Painter involve preparing, refinishing, and applying paint to repaired vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish that meets industry standards and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Sanding, masking, priming, and painting vehicles using approved techniques and materials. Blending paint and ensuring proper colour match. Applying clear coats and final finishing for a high-quality appearance. Inspect repaired and painted areas for defects and ensure work meets shop and OEM standards. Operate and maintain spray guns, paint booths, and other equipment in a clean and safe manner. Follow proper safety procedures and maintain compliance with environmental regulations (VOC, waste disposal, etc.). Communicate effectively with estimators, body technicians, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain detailed records of paint materials used and ensure minimal waste. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training to maintain up-to-date refinishing techniques. Operate and maintain painting tools, spray guns, and other equipment Apply paint coats using spray equipment with precision and consistency Inspect painted surfaces for quality and touch up as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
