Shift: 8am till 4.30pm Mon to Fri
Are you a skilled Paint Shop Team Leader looking for your next opportunity? We're working with a well-established and growing engineering firm in Burton Latimer who are looking to add to their friendly team. This role offers great rates of pay, steady day shifts , and the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.
What You'll Be Doing
• Working on a fast-paced production line
• Hands-on supervision of the paint line and powder coating
• General workshop duties
What We're Looking For
• An experienced paint sprayer/powder coater looking to step up to a team leader role
• Previous experience with supervising a paint shop
• Powder coating and wet spraying experience i
• Someone who can hit the ground running and work on their own initiative
