What you’ll do: Campaign Strategy & Management: Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media strategies for B2B clients to achieve business goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. Paid Social Media Execution: Lead and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Meta, and other platforms relevant to B2B marketing. Ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives and brand guidelines. Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Use advanced targeting techniques (e.g., custom audiences, lookalike audiences, interest-based targeting) to reach key decision-makers and prospects in relevant industries. Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and performance tracking. Make recommendations for budget adjustments based on performance data and business priorities. Analytics & Reporting: Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to improve results. Provide actionable recommendations to optimize ROI and achieve KPIs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the content, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are effectively supported with the right messaging, creative assets, and tracking setups. Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date on B2B marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, helping them to grow their skills and deliver high-quality results. Manage multiple deadlines and troubleshoot problems in real time, refining processes in real time to ensure they do not occur again in the future. Represent the social team in client and internal engagements to present plans, secure feedback, and coordinate details. Work closely with Content, Strategy and Creative departments on identifying key audiences and channels, market-specific value propositions, key messages, and account planning. What you'll bring: 5+ years of experience in social media marketing 3+ years of experience in a fully integrated marketing agency Experience in social media, marketing, and/or digital media planning. Preferred Certifications: Facebook Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, etc. Proven success in managing paid social media campaigns for B2B clients. Platform Expertise: Extensive experience with paid social platforms, including LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and others. Experience with paid social media advertising tools (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other performance tracking platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.
