Lead the clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality patient and client care. Oversee accurate and timely medical records and charge capture. Identify and implement new clinical services in collaboration with leadership. Ensure excellent client service and communication. Leading Staff and Practice  Assist in hiring and onboarding veterinarians and technicians. Support training, continuing education, and mentorship. Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and financial performance. Ensure regulatory compliance and effective team management. Lead and participate in team meetings and practice initiatives. Supervision & Coaching: Mentor and evaluate associate veterinarians, conduct regular case reviews and foster professional development. Promote a collaborative and innovative culture.
