Description
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced tax professional to join a market-leading Financial Services advisory firm within a high-performing team specialising in Alternative Funds. This is a rare chance to work with a prestigious client base spanning Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, Hedge Funds and Real Estate, advising some of the most respected names in the industry while fast-tracking your career in a forward-thinking and collaborative environment.
The Opportunity
You'll be part of a dynamic group of specialists advising alternative investment fund managers across the full business lifecycle, from fund formation and deal structuring to investor reporting and executive incentives. The role offers a rich mix of complex advisory and compliance work, cross-border project exposure and direct interaction with senior decision-makers across the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of high-profile UK and multinational alternative fund clients.
• Advise on tax matters affecting fund managers, funds, investors, executives and investments.
• Lead on project delivery while mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership and wider growth initiatives.
About You
You're a commercially astute and ambitious tax professional with proven experience in the alternative funds space. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy direct client interaction and take pride in delivering insightful, pragmatic advice.
You'll likely bring:
• A recognised accounting, tax or legal qualification (or international equivalent).
• Strong technical knowledge across fund structures and international tax issues.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring others.
