As an Outsourcing Manager you will be responsible for the operational delivery of our portfolio of clients delivered across a variety of teams and sectors, ensuring all of our outsourced services are delivered in line with our service level agreements and within budget. Your role is to support and develop the team, work on overall business development of outsourcing services and maintain and develop key client relationships. Key Tasks and Responsibilities • Able to lead meetings with new prospects and win new work • Support and manage the team leaders to increase efficiency and automation within our client deliverables • Monitor KPIs and work to improve these internally within the teams • Trouble shoot any recurring issues with SLAs/W/offs to ensure full automation and tech is in place • Build a strong external profile to enhance business development • Arrange training and development for team, as required • Ensure the MI for clients is insightful and provide interpretation and advice • Wider firm workshops and lunch & learns • Build content and videos for external and internal audience. Webinars and blogs • Support the growth and development of the outsourcing team through appraisals and mentoring • Grow the team and services with digital focus • Project management for large scale on boarding jobs.
