Description
[What the role is] Serves as an administrator and facilitator in the CDC’s outreach effort to engage the Constituency Offices, community partners, merchants, residents and other stakeholders. [What you will be working on] Merchant and Resident Engagement: • Work closely with the Senior Manager to engage the Constituency Offices and community partners to engage, onboard and support merchants and hawkers • Work with Senior Manager and CDC Ambassadors in engaging merchants and residents • Gather human interest stories Manage and supervise CDC Ambassadors: • Assist the Senior Manager in managing the performance, professional development, welfare and morale of the CDC Ambassadors Manage Enquiries/Feedback: • Follow up and craft responses to address queries/feedback from residents, merchants and other stakeholders •  Coordinate/support outreach activities •  Follow up on technical/operational issues with stakeholders • Gather feedback Database Management and Reporting • Maintain and update stakeholder and partner databases to ensure information is accurate, complete, and current • Ensure data quality by performing regular data cleaning and validation • Perform simple analysis of outreach data using Excel or similar tools • Prepare regular/ad-hoc reports and dashboards for management. • Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve outreach effectiveness Administrative Support and other duties • Prepare presentation materials and meeting minutes • Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned including event launches, etc Requirements : • Minimum of 3 years of work experience – experience in leading a small team would be an advantage • Good interpersonal, communication and data analytical skills • Strong team-player and self-starter • Good relationship management • IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office • Willingness to work on weekends on an as-needed basis [What we are looking for] Officer to support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned including event launches, etc.
