Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic multi-clinic manager to lead daily operations, ensure clinical excellence, and support the professional growth of our therapy team. This position is ideal for a physical therapist who thrives in both patient care and leadership — someone who can balance hands-on treatment with operational oversight and team mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure efficient patient flow
• Supervise and mentor physical therapists, assistants, and support staff
• Manage scheduling, productivity, and compliance with company and state regulations
• Maintain high standards of evidence-based clinical practice
• Develop and implement quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve organizational goals and growth
• Foster a positive, patient-centered culture that supports employee engagement and satisfaction
• Participate in community outreach and professional development activities
• Have reliable transportation to visit multiple locations

Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Physical Therapy
• Current Texas Physical Therapist License
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of clinical operations, productivity metrics, and compliance standards
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a HUGE plus!
