Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic multi-clinic manager to lead daily operations, ensure clinical excellence, and support the professional growth of our therapy team. This position is ideal for a physical therapist who thrives in both patient care and leadership — someone who can balance hands-on treatment with operational oversight and team mentorship. Requirements Required Qualifications • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Physical Therapy • Current Texas Physical Therapist License • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting • Prior leadership or supervisory experience • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • Strong understanding of clinical operations, productivity metrics, and compliance standards • Bilingual in English/Spanish a HUGE plus!
