Description
Join Greater Boston's Leading Teaching Practice for Physical Therapy!
If you're a PT who wants to actually practice, not chase productivity numbers, Joint Ventures Physical Therapy was built for you. JVPT is a Highbar Practice, built around clinical autonomy, real mentorship, and a career that doesn't require burning out to succeed. The kind of practice where you get to practice at the top of your license (PATTOTL)! Here's what sets this role apart:
Patient volume: Under 12 patients per day
Student loans: We pay them down until they're gone
Professional development: $15,000+ invested in your first 18-24 months
Visit structure: 1:1 patient care
Documentation: AI-supported + Prompt EMR to cut down on after-hours charting
Schedules: Predictable and thoughtfully built
Autonomy: You decide the plan of care - PT-led clinical decisions
Leadership: Direct access to PT leaders who have been in your shoes
We believe clarity builds trust. If something starts to creep toward burnout, leadership intervenes early. That's part of the job design, not an afterthought.
Mentorship & Professional Development:
JVPT is a teaching practice by design. Professional development is part of your workweek- not something you squeeze in to meet your CEU requirements:
2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks
Structured onboarding with a Clinic Director + Peer Mentor
Monthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month)
Core-4 Series to align clinical decision-making and PATTOTL principles
In-house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (Level I & II), and COMT pathways
Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more)
