Out of Hours Recruitment Consultant Are you a driven, proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are  a leader in medical staffing across the UK, we’re looking for energetic and results-oriented professionals to join our Out-of-Hours team. You will ensure seamless shift coverage and strong nurse engagement during evenings, nights, and weekends. Role Overview This office-based role is an extension of the daytime team, focused on sourcing and booking compliant nurses for urgent shifts. You will combine sales, rapid response, and relationship building to deliver excellent service outside normal business hours. Shift Pattern: • Mon to Fri - 3 weekday evenings :   4pm – Midnight • Weekends - Sat and Sun:   12pm – Midnight OR 7am – 7pm Key Responsibilities • Respond immediately to shift requests and book compliant nurses • Provide prompt chat responses and proactive candidate outreach • Confirm nurse availability and reactivate dormant candidates • Deliver end-of-shift reports and handovers What we're looking for • Healthcare recruitment, staffing sales, or high-volume customer service experience Requirements: • Strong knowledge of healthcare market legislation • Self-starter with excellent communication and telephone skills • Ability to handle pressure and work independently • Flexible and reliable with non-standard hours • Own transport preferable If you’re motivated, responsive, and ready to deliver results outside regular hours, we want to hear from you;   Apply now!
