Description
Experis, a global leader in talent management solutions, is currently recruiting a Regional CoE OTC & Billing Director for our CoE based in Porto .
The Regional CoE OTC Director is accountable for leading end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations within the GBS ManpowerGroup organization, ensuring best-in-class service delivery, strong financial outcomes, and consistent execution of process standards defined by the GPO.
The role drives operational excellence, performance discipline, and effective risk management across all OTC processes, while supporting business growth. It plays a key role in implementing the Target Operating Model (TOM), ensuring successful deployment of standardized processes, digital solutions, and automation initiatives in close alignment with the GPO and Transformation teams.
Through strong stakeholder collaboration, continuous improvement, and impactful people leadership, the Regional CoE OTC Director delivers sustainable value, enhances customer experience, and strengthens financial performance across the organization.
Core Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) service delivery across Europe, ensuring operational excellence across Timesheet Management, Billing, Collections, and Cash Application.
• Drive performance against key operational and financial targets, including SLAs, KPIs, DSO, overdue balances, bad debt, and working capital objectives.
• Lead and develop high-performing international teams across GBS, BPO, and in-country operations, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Global Process Owner and key business stakeholders to strengthen process governance, standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement across the OTC landscape.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with Finance, Sales, and regional business leaders to optimize the end-to-end OTC process while balancing customer experience, risk, and business objectives.
• Champion automation, digitalization, and process improvement initiatives, leveraging data and operational insights to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Act as a trusted advisor on commercial and contractual matters related to billing, payment terms, dispute resolution, and credit risk, ensuring effective governance and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
• Business, Finance, Accounting, or Management degree, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., Chartered or Certified Accountant).
• 15+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC), including at least 7 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record within Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, or business transformation environments.
• Experience working with Oracle or another leading ERP platform is considered an advantage.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, or Flemish is considered a plus.
