OT Network Service Operations Incident Manager

Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate the resolution of critical service-impacting incidents within operational technology environments
• Drive incident calls, coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely service restoration activities
• Work closely with engineering teams, operations teams and external vendors during major incidents
• Manage communication, escalations and governance throughout the incident lifecycle
• Analyse incident trends and identify opportunities to improve operational stability and response processes
• Support post-incident reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure operational standards, procedures and service management practices are followed consistently
• Collaborate with global teams operating across different regions and time zones
• Support on-call and high-priority operational activities where required
Requirements
• Strong experience in Incident Management within enterprise technology environments
• Ability to coordinate crisis situations and manage priorities under pressure
• Technical understanding of infrastructure, networks or telecom environments would be beneficial
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service operations best practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on operational improvement and service stability
• Experience working in global operational or support environments is an advantage
