Orthopedic Spine Surgeon – Elective Private Practice Locations: Mesa and Gilbert, Arizona Employment Type: Full-Time Practice Model: 100% Elective Spine Surgery Trauma/ER Coverage: None Compensation: $400,000–$650,000 base salary plus RVU incentives Travel: Local coverage between Mesa and Gilbert only Partnership Track: Available Position Overview A physician-owned orthopedic group in Arizona’s East Valley is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to lead and grow its established spine service. The incoming physician will serve as the group’s sole dedicated spine surgeon, providing elective surgical care across two established locations in Mesa and Gilbert. This position includes no trauma responsibilities and no emergency room coverage, allowing you to focus on scheduled procedures, continuity of care, and long-term practice development. You will be supported by two experienced Physician Assistants already assigned to the spine service. The practice also provides established referral relationships, guaranteed operating room block time, on-site imaging, physical therapy, rehabilitation services, and dedicated administrative support.
