Responsibilities: o    Order processing     Review customer orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.     Enter orders in accordance with company policy and customer requirements     Provide customer service to distribution and reseller partners     Manage order flow through fulfillment and invoicing o    Cross functional coordination with warehouse, manufacturing, sales, and finance teams. o    Provide a point of contact for customer inquiries. o    Process return request (RMAs) and customer credits o    Maintain documentation of Order Management processes Skill Requirements: • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) • Proficiency in using ERP order processing systems and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) • Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and other relevant teams • Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure; self-managing • Ability to identify and implement process improvements. Fluent in English (written and verbal) Education: • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience; or equivalent work experience preferred.
