This role ensures reliable, secure, and scalable environments across development, test, staging, training, and production. As a hands‑on technical leader, the individual directs cross‑module technical activities, manages environment refresh cycles, oversees integrations, and supports developers through established DevOps and change‑management processes. The Work: Own the end‑to‑end environment landscape, including provisioning, refresh strategy, cloning cycles, patching, configuration management, and lifecycle planning Coordinate environment scheduling with functional teams to support SIT, UAT, training, parallel testing, and production go‑live cycles. Manage environment access controls, service accounts, environment‑specific configurations, and audit requirements Serve as the primary technical authority for Oracle ERP architecture, integrations, performance optimization, and custom solution governance Guide technical developers, integration specialists, and report developers in adopting best‑practice standards. Advise on technical designs, APIs, cloud services, and PaaS components that integrate with Oracle ERP Oversee build‑pack coordination, integration deployments, migration of extensions, and release packaging through Dev → Test → Prod environments Manage CI/CD pipelines, interface schedules, batch jobs, OIC flows, and automated deployment routines Ensure synchronization of environment configurations across modules and external applications Partner closely with PMO, functional leads, testing teams, and DevSecOps practitioners to maintain smooth environment operations Here's What You Need: Strong hands‑on experience managing Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS environments Expertise in Oracle technical stack components (OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP services, SQL/PL‑SQL, FBDI) Experience planning and executing environment refresh cycles, patching, and release cutovers Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (OCI, AWS, Azure) and on‑premise integration patterns Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and solution‑design skills Bonus Points If: Advanced Degree 15+ years of industry experience Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
