For English see below Afin de compléter son équipe, la Direction des ressources humaines de l’hôpital fribourgeois recherche, pour un contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI), un·e Spécialiste Oracle HCM Cloud à 50% Vos missions • Configurer et développer des solutions dans Oracle HCM Cloud , en particulier dans les modules Core HR et Recruiting . • Réaliser et maintenir les configurations HCM : structures d’entreprise, entités juridiques, business units, postes, hiérarchies et relations d’approbation... • Mettre en place et maintenir des workflows spécifiques , des notifications et des transactions personnalisées . • Personnaliser et optimiser l’expérience utilisateur via Redwood UI et Visual Builder Studio (VBS) . • Effectuer la migration et le chargement de données (HDL, HSDL). • Développer et maintenir des intégrations via API REST/SOAP , HCM Extract et Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . • Réaliser des personnalisations (Page Composer, Design Studio, DFF/EFF). • Produire et maintenir des rapports et extractions via OTBI, BI Publisher et Oracle SQL . • Configurer et déployer les fonctionnalités du module Recruiting (portail candidats, campagnes, questionnaires, intégration onboarding). • Suivre et intégrer les releases Oracle trimestrielles , avec tests de configuration et de non-régression. • Documenter les configurations et rédiger des guides techniques . • Assurer le suivi des SR (Service Requests) ouvertes auprès d’Oracle et contribuer à leur résolution. • Être actif·ve au sein de la communauté Oracle HCM afin d’anticiper les évolutions et partager les bonnes pratiques. Votre profil • Formation supérieure en informatique, systèmes d’information ou expérience équivalente. • Expérience confirmée sur Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Recruiting). • Excellentes compétences en configuration et développement HCM : workflows, sécurité, intégrations, personnalisations, reporting et paramétrages organisationnels. • Familiarité avec les outils et technologies Oracle Cloud (HDL/HSDL, API, VBS, Redwood UI, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle SQL, etc.). • Autonomie, rigueur et orientation solution, avec une capacité à collaborer avec divers interlocuteurs. HFR-A-254001 * To strengthen its team, the Human Resources Department of the Fribourg Hospital is looking to recruit, on a permanent contract, a Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist (50%) Your responsibilities • Configure and develop solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud , especially within the Core HR and Recruiting modules. • Implement and maintain HCM configurations : enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, positions, hierarchies, and approval relationships. • Set up and maintain specific workflows , notifications , and custom transactions . • Customize and optimize the user experience using Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) . • Perform data migration and loading (HDL, HSDL). • Develop and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extract, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . • Carry out customizations (Page Composer, Design Studio, DFF/EFF). • Produce and maintain reports and extracts using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle SQL . • Configure and deploy Recruiting module functionalities (candidate portal, campaigns, questionnaires, onboarding integration). • Monitor and integrate Oracle quarterly releases , including configuration and regression testing. • Document configurations and prepare technical guides . • Manage and follow up on Service Requests (SR) opened with Oracle. • Actively participate in the Oracle HCM community to anticipate developments and share best practices. Your profile • Higher education in IT, information systems, or equivalent experience. • Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud ( Core HR, Recruiting ). • Strong skills in HCM configuration and development : workflows, security, integrations, customizations, reporting, and organizational settings. • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud tools and technologies (HDL/HSDL, APIs, VBS, Redwood UI, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle SQL, etc.). • Autonomy, rigor, and solution orientation, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
