You are the senior subject matter expert responsible for designing how the business will leverage Oracle Cloud to transform its operations. The Work: You will lead a team of functional consultants, guide senior business leaders on best practices, and own the functional integrity of your entire solution area. You will be expected to apply your expertise in Project Program & Portfolio Governance to establish a robust framework that ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and steering the program through its lifecycle from planning to execution and closure. Your skill set should also include the ability to navigate complex project landscapes, effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and drive continuous improvement within the program. Here's What You Need: Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of industry experience Experience in leading financial system implementations, particularly within the Oracle Cloud environment, will demonstrate your capability to manage complex projects. Hands-on experience in end-to-end financial processes, from system configuration to user training and support. Minimum 8 + years Oracle ERP Cloud General Ledger solution experience with 3+ full cycle implementation and configuration experience Strong knowledge of federal and commercial ERP / Financial business processes. Additional working knowledge of other ERP Cloud modules Bonus Points If: Advanced Degree 15+ years of industry experience Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent people management and relationship development skills In-depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices The Extras: US Citizenship Required The ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance may be required for this role   As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland .
