Managing Capabilities:_ • Manage and work with data findings of data specialist • Hold data specialists, dev, and support specialists accountable • Report to the team lead with questions, observations, and process improvement ideas _2\. Optimizing skills:_ • Prepare, run and evaluate A/B tests for clients • Conceptualize, create, prioritize, and design a hypothesis • Prepare templates/ tests for developers for seamless coding schedules _3\. Data findings & testing schedule_ • Use data findings to put the hypothesis into context and create a testing tactic for the client • Oversee seamless data collection for clients and manage the client's testing schedule. Requirements _Come as you are - the role's requirements:_ • Independent and organised working style • Analytical thinking and creativity • Strong communication skills / customer service • Basic understanding of e-commerce • Fluent communication skills in English • Neuromarketing and sales psychology • Understanding of A/B testing statistics.
