Credence has an immediate need for an Ops Support Air Vehicle Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) in Fort Worth TX. The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) is responsible for the life-cycle program management of the F-35 Lightning II, which includes the F-35A, F-35B, and F-35C variants. It oversees the development, delivery, and sustainment of this fifth-generation joint strike fighter for the U.S. Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and international partners. The JPO also collaborates with various partners to drive innovation and cost efficiency in enhancing the F-35's capabilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Assess and support the needs of fielded aircraft, training devices, support equipment, and software products through management of maintenance, repair, and overhaul of air vehicle and sub-systems through both organic activities (Service/Partner Nation) and/or selection of product support providers (PSPs) to enable best performance and value for the enterprise.  Support air vehicle operations as the link between the field (both onshore and off-shore), depot, Lightning Support Team (LST), and OEMs in providing assistance, technical support, instructions, and demonstrations, to ensure warfighter needs are being forecasted and met.   Support the fielding and bed-down actions required for site activations and deployments, and to continually assess the effects of fleet demand, available personnel levels, and operational tempo. Provide focused metrics which will drive Air Vehicle Operations IPT decision making and performance.  Provide fifth generation fighter logistics IT system analytical capability to support air vehicle configuration and metrics monitoring.  Provide support to LO sub-system capability and planning an additional attribute of the Air Vehicle Operations IPT competency.     Provide continual assessment of effects of fleet demand, available personnel levels and operational tempo to support effective management of support operations and continuous process improvement plans.  Determine optimal depot capacity and existing and future contracts for specific capacity and capabilities, and accurately forecast depot demand requirements to correctly size depot capacity.  Provide support for the management of “Mod War Room” processes to plan capacity and schedule mods.  Develop and provide oversight of the management plan for maintenance induction activities such as work scope (planned level of disassembly, retrofits and redesign), induction forecast and fleet-wide induction scheduling.  Monitor the execution of the modification retrofit schedules and ensure aircraft movement coordination process with the warfighter is executed.  Assist with the development of management plan for depot-level maintenance, repair, and overhaul of air vehicle, propulsions systems, and support equipment.  Provide management and oversight planning for testing, inspection and developments IAW “Lead the Fleet” schedules and requirements completion.  Assist with effective O/O+ maintenance and depot-level maintenance scheduling and plans within
