• Training and Development – On-the-job training, mentoring, and upskilling team members to help them grow.
What we’re looking for:

• Attention to detail – a meticulous approach to delivering high-quality results.
• Work ethic – proactive, results-driven, and motivated to contribute to company growth.
Additional requirements:
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
• UK right to work authorisation.
• Willingness to work away from home for short periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends and travel nationwide when needed.
• A successful DBS check and a fit-to-work certification from a GP will be required.
Preferred, but not essential:
• Health & Safety training ( additional certifications are advantageous)
• IPAF qualification (working at height experience is beneficial).
What’s in it for you?
• £35,000 – £45,000 per year (negotiable DOE)
• Career progression – opportunities to grow within a growing business.
• Industry training and certifications – develop your skills with full support.
• Company pension and free on-site parking.
This is an in-person role based at our office in Callington, so if you’re ready to join a supportive team in a professional and rewarding environment, we’d love to meet you!
