As an Operations Support Technician, you will directly contribute to the success of critical client missions.
Responsibilities
Working within a small team, you will interface directly with operational clients and other support technicians to ensure tasks are completed promptly and in compliance with policy.
You will develop new ways of solving problems and contribute to training your customers to enhance their mission effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications
5 years of experience supporting sensitive client operations
Demonstrated familiarity with policies and systems specific to sensitive operations support
Independent, diligent, and process-oriented work style
Desired experience
Creating and updating project documentation, to include SOPs and status reports
Experience in creating and delivering training materials
Experience communicating with executives
Clearance
An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $124,300 — $155,000 USD
